Frank Smith is the founder and principal of Chameleon ID, Inc. Mr. Smith has owned and worked in business for the last 20 years. The last ten of those years have been dedicated to the consumer and communication industry. As a visionary and entrepreneur, Frank has a passion for technology, risk and innovation.
He is the designer and holder of U.S. Patents No. 6,012,636 and No. 5,319,349.
Russell L. Lewis
CTO; Board of Directors
Russell Lewis brings over 20 years of business experience as a manager, employee and entrepreneur at various internet, advertising and software companies. Most recently, he served as a Technical Product Manager introducing new product lines for new market sectors and was responsible for product launch schedules, processes in cooperation with documentation, quality assurance, and service/support groups at Agilent Technology.
Mr. Lewis holds an M.B.A in Technology Management from University of Phoenix, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Vernol Battiste
Board of Directors
Vernol Battiste has worked in the fields of aernoatics and pshchology for 25 years. He currently serves with the Human Factors Research and Technology Division at Moffett Field as a research psychologist, investigating information requirements for cockpit displays.
He was previously with NASA-Ames Research Center’s Aerospace Human Factors Division, conducting simulation and inflight research studies towards the improvement of geographical orientation in military and civilian helicopter operations, and, among his many projects, designed a prototype Advanced Navigation Display System to support ground taxi operations during reduced visibility conditions
Mr. Battiste’s experience also includes teaching at California State University (Hayward); working for the Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Route Traffic Controller, and he also served with the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic controller and Jet Engine Technician.
Mr. Battiste has received over nine distinguished awards from the NASA Ames Group, and many other awards and recognitions during his distinguished career in his field. His list of achievements include authoring and coauthoring several published articles and chapters, and he has served as a principal in 18 aeronauticalconference and meeting presentations.
Mr. Battiste attended California State University Hayward, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelors in Experimental Psychology; and earned his Masters at San Jose State University in Experimental Psychology.
